The company buys and processes sunflower oilseeds for the purpose of extracting crude, refined bulk and bottled oils. It offers its customers high quality products, including refined bulk and bottled oils, which are obtained by processing sunflower oil and refining by classical technology. Sunflower oil crude / unrefined / oils refined bulk sunflower oils bottled refined sunflower oils – 1, 3, 5, and 10 liters of sunflower Expeller / cake / Bottled oil meets all European standards and chemical analyzes. Each batch of oil produced by the Company’s plant is controlled through a HACCP system.
Periodically, the finished product is monitored with analysis by an external accredited laboratory. The certificate issued by TÜV is valid all over the world and is a proof of high quality.
The workshops for production and bottling of sunflower oil are equipped with modern equipment and work on classic technology for oil production. Refined bulk oils are sold on the domestic market and abroad through their own chrome-nickel steel tank trucks, designed for the transport of food products in bulk. The company is built on an area of ​​9,000 square meters. The productivity of the Refinery sector is 20,000 -27,000 kilograms per 24 hours. Production sector produces about 25,000 – 30,000 kilograms in 24 hours of sunflower cake (expeller). The company has its own bottling plant with a capacity of 2,800 bottles per hour provided by a bottling machine BETA FEST. The company has its own registered water source and electric substation for the needs of the production storage facility for sunflower seeds 6,000 tons and adjacent shaft for unloading with elevators and augers 15-20 tons / hour, storage facility for refined sunflower oil 250 tons, storage facility for crude sunflower oil 200 tons. Administration on 3 floors of which 1st floor: offices and auto scales 50 tons, 2nd and 3rd floor: residential part. The whole base has an asphalt and concrete road, most production facilities have aluminum windows, recreation room bathrooms and toilets.
