The farm is located in the region. Silistra region, which is open for export to third countries / no prohibitions have been imposed for the last 30 years for dangerous diseases / with a capacity of 1000 heads of GAP / small ruminants /. We are currently raising 360 pcs. brown french alpine. The farm area is about 7 acres in a farmyard with an asphalt road, electricity 49 kV, water and sewerage. We have two main buildings in PI 042059 – 2,456 sq.m of land and 897 sq.m of built-up area and PI 42103 with an area of 2,500 sq.m and a built-up area of 900 sq.m. ; PI 42.62 with an area of 1.603 sq.m where a hall with dimensions 12 * 66m and a height of 6 m is currently being constructed on the eaves for a feed warehouse for the needs of JO. The animals are raised mainly for milk with daily yield of about 800 liters and a price of 0.90 cm / l with VAT. Around the farm there is additional state land with the status of a parcel of about 20 decares, which can also be purchased. The farm has 1 * 24 Westfalia milking machines installed and an Albouy Equipment 54 m feeder for 326 animals. With the new project we have purchased equipment: Weidemann T6027 telescopic loader with various attachments needed for various farm activities, VALTRA N134 H5 tractor, feed trailer RMH 12 m3 with 4 workers with 1000 BGN salary
