1. Description of enterprise
Created a new plant for the production of handicraft ice cream, pastry cream and chocolate products with a total area 325 square meters, with modern architecture and compliance with all Bulgarian and EU requirements for activities of this kind. Only the highest quality materials for construction. The distribution of the company is as follows: on the first floor area of 154 square meters there are changing rooms which are two of them – male and female, each with a capacity for two people. Changing rooms are equipped with lockers and showers, and bathrooms. From the locker room to enter the recreation room equipped with a sink, table and refrigerator. Follows the production hall consisting of production hall, washing room, three warehouses and a large subzero camera production. A corridor and staircase paved with polished stone and aluminum railings are up to the second floor where an area of 175 square meters has two apartments of three rooms for administrative or other purposes. The walls are plastered and painted, the floors are of high grade German laminate flooring, joinery is PVC, MDF interior doors and terekotni and porcelain tile in bathrooms and toilets.

3. Productivity and cost
Daily output is determined based on the production capacity of machines for ice cream – ice cream maker with a production capacity of 75-100 l / h and the ice cream maker with a production capacity of 40-60 l / h. The total capacity of the two machines is 115-160 liters per hour. This allows an 8 hour operation daily production of about 920 to 1200 liters of product or around 460-560 pounds. The cost per kilogram of finished products amounted to about 3.50 lev and the sales value of this kind of ice cream is from 14 to 18 lev per kilogram retail. With regard to other products which can be made with TRITTICO 1020 EXECUTIVE quantities are highly individual depending on the product and the time of its preparation.
