Dairy is located near the town of Gabrovo, in an ecologically clean area of 1120 m above sea level in the Central Balkan , within a radius of 10 km. no main roads, bordered with modern Equestrian . It was built in 2000 . over an area of 2747 square meters land area- 630 square meters with adjoining own agricultural land , 2429 m2
Consists of:
Dairies, concierge, solid fence extension to dairies for cheese production and administrative buildings.
The activity of the company is production, storage and marketing of white brined cheese , butter and lactic acid drinks and milk quality .
Capacity of dairy – milk processing from 15 to 25 tons per day of finished products which amounts to approximately 60 items cheese, 30 tons . cheese and yogurt so 20 per month , all with brand ” Gabrovo ” .
Domestic turnover 350 000 to 450 000 lev / month. = 179 000-230 000 EUR
Own water , reservoirs and water.
Now work day shift with a staff of 18 skilled workers with an average wage of 400 lev . = € 205
Dairy is guarded by a specialized company.
Equipment is ” Nikos ” Dobrich / Italian license / .
Installed ventilation , aspiration and boiler – ” Rozenbort ” – Germany.
The equipment has additional consumables and spare
parts duplicated units and remember .
