1. Project price / approved/ + land 6250 sq.m – 1,000,000 EUR / 160 EUR/sq.m – 500,000 EUR immediately + 500,000 EUR/ 50 installments of 10,000 EUR per month without price increase/
2. Ready for exploitation – EUR 2,000,000
3. For rent 0.50 eur/square meter per month without VAT / or = 6250*0.50 = 3125 EUR – updated every year with % annual inflation.
The Investor: Sam builds it at his own expense. After the start of exploitation / maximum up to 1 year/ – then the rent of the land starts to flow. Exploitation is up to 20 years, after 20 years, the lease is terminated.
