It is situated on the international road Varna-Dobrich-Constanta.
Site – 2 ha: 1.85 ha and 0.15 ha of apple trees – a clean place. Status of land – “Trine plantations” (perennials).
The garden is planted 4,500 fruit-bearing apple trees of the new German varieties and 300 pin special apple pollinators. All the trees on dwarf rootstock M9.
Sort pin variety is considered by experts of the 21st century (the 20th century varieties were Granny Smith and Golden Delicious) – sweet and sour, very juicy, richly fertile, resistant to scab and slightly sensitive to powdery mildew; stored in ordinary refrigerators to May, and in special chambers – until July.
New Garden – put in March of 2015 with modern technology intensive cultivation of apple trees. Forming called Tall Spindle – high spindle.
Trees snapped to 4 rows of galvanized wire, stretched over a 3-meter-soaked stakes. The first series of wires attached hose drip irrigation.
Thanks to modern technology of apple fruit in the year of planting.
The expected harvest in the following years:
2017. – 20 tonnes,
2018. – 40 tonnes,
2019. – 70 tonnes,
2020. – 95 tonnes,
2021. and then – 105 tons.
Annual cost: irrigation – 3000 BGN, spraying pesticides and herbicides – BGN 1000, salary of employees – 10,000 BGN, other expenses – BGN 3,000. Total for the year – 17,000 BGN.
The garden has the following construction and other options:

- 2 goal for the arrival of tractors and trucks,
- A shed for tools, irrigation systems and other things,
- 2 septic pits with concrete slabs on top: small – for the construction of toilets for the workers, the majority – the foundation for the office with toilet and shower,
- Have signed a preliminary agreement with the energy company Energo-Pro to connect to the mains – the line of medium voltage 20 kV is 200 meters from the garden.

- The tractor UMZ (analogue Belarus) with an engine 82 hp in perfect condition at 530 hours,

Small and damaged fruit can be processed into natural apple juice in the shop for the production of juices in g.General Toshevo 5 km from the garden.
In addition there is the possibility of building shop “Vegetables fruits”, the vegetable market, gas stations, etc. – For this purpose, leaving an empty space unoccupied apple.
